Pros

The job was remote and some people were competent at their jobs.

Cons

Most of the management are completely incompetent and there is a culture of stupidity. I don't say that to be flippant. You are expected to pretend to be confused about the simplest concepts. You are pressured to act confused, work slowly, need several meetings to have a simple document "walked through". Your work must be very basic and elementary and if it isn't , it will be attacked, especially if you are Black. The managers are the most incompetent stupid people I have ever encountered in my career and they are very threatened by anyone who can do the job. I saw team members pretending to me confused and incompetent to appease them. When they saw me doing good work and not playing dumb, some of them stepped up their work, only to be brow beaten by others. It was a pattern. It's a whole system of stupidity. I was under constant attack for being Black and qualified while the completely incompetent white male workers were praised for anything, and I mean anything they did, even if it was bad. The racism and incompetence in the training department is over the top. They can't keep staff for a reason.

Pros

Good Benefits and insurance Groceries benefit School reimbursement Gym benefits Hospital indemnity Insurance Remote work convenience

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
