Pros
First chance at remote work. Extensive training Decent benefits Fitness center or reimbursement for a fitness center educational reimbursements free food days advancement opportunities wonderful sweet management
Cons
No one really knows the answers to things. If you ask about education reimbursements they can send you a link but if you ask specific questions I have yet to find someone to answer them. They don't seem to have accommodations when it comes to people working at home needing modifications such as ergonomical chairs, standing desks. Training can be very long and drawn out if you know what you are doing and are tech savvy be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting on other people. You are told all the way through training and on the job training how this is all a family and that you will know these people for life. I get that people are busy and that they are working but I have written people I was in training with that said write me after training if you have questions and not received a response from weeks later. They could definitely streamline the 100 different programs they use into a drop down service to make answering question easier and more efficient. They talk a lot about advancement, but don't really give you much direction on how to do that.
