Pros

Amazing direct manager, great team with challenging work, amazing collaboration

Cons

The constant fear of layoffs (oops - I mean "workforce optimization"), senior leadership constantly changing and incredible lack of transparacy has caused tremendous stress in the employee population, The mandatory RTO even for people who were hired over 10 years ago to be exclusively remote is ridiculous and an obvious way to increase attrition. The push to require senior management approval if you want to move more than 50 miles away from an office is draconian and pretty much ends your career in terms of advancement. The rotating and never ending department reorganization prevents any significant growth because we are always having to figure out which organization we work for and learn new leaders and their expectations. They recently hired a C-suite "leader" who had been fired from another huge company and is coming in and pushing jobs to our affiliated companies overseas in the Philippines and India. The company has invested so much money in developing new software and AI (that barely works) instead of growing and investing in the sofware we currently use to make it better. We are losing customers and members because we don't have the proper people to assist them only to cause lay more people off - it is a vicious cycle.

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
