Pros

Opportunity for growth because there are so many other positions to apply for within the company. Benefits are good and they offer alot of discounts . On site cafeteria. Monday through Friday. You can wear jeans daily. 8 paid holidays. Alot of the positions have a flexible schedule.

Cons

Working in customer service the calls can sometimes come back to back. The pay starting out may not be that great depending on what someone may already make. You have to stay in your position a year before you can apply for another position.

I’ve enjoyed the work itself and have had the opportunity to build strong experience over the years. The company provides good employee self-service tools and resources, and being part of a large organization offers exposure to complex projects and different teams.

Cons

Growth opportunities can be limited depending on the organization within and management structure. There is room for improvement in operational processes, which can create inefficiencies and increase workloads. At times, organizational challenges feel larger than individual teams can address, making it difficult to see lasting improvements. Recognition for employee contributions can also feel inconsistent, with significant efforts not always being acknowledged.
