Cons

These all good reviews are all fake given by fake people. Company is really worst in terms of personal as well as professional growth. The fun part is they don't have induction program for new joiners. There is no town hall meeting or HR skip meeting where you can put ur issues upfront. Basically these people just want earn dollars through their employees and give penny to them. Dint waste ur time here. If they give you 100% hike still dont join guys. There should be zero rating option in glassdoor for these type of companies.

Pros

I worked for this company for nearly 17 years. Unfortunately, after developing a medical condition and going on approved leave, I was let go and told my position was eliminated. However, the company later hired another process expert who did not have a disability. Overall, it was a good place to work, but my experience raises concerns about how medical situations are handled.
