      Working with children is nice, fun activities for both students and staff, paid training, good pay

      Cons

      Terrible and misleading management, strict with mistakes, seasonal position that results in a high turnover rate, bias and poor communication in my personal experience

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
