Careless, Not for the people company - Training Manager Elevo Employee Review

The pay sucks for starters. The company preaches it is an employee first company but then turns around and lays off majority of the company in a cold and heartless manner. They’re bleeding money from the inside out and pretend they’re still moving forward. The executive team doesn’t know how to run a company and has driven it straight in to the ground. The culture is horrible and everything is constantly changing and restructuring. Run for your life unless you want to look over your shoulder for the entirety of your year long career here.
