      Pros

      Flexibility was great and they had a higher salary than other jobs

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Co-founders would benefit from stepping aside and having a different CEO takeover. Culture was toxic. Teammates were mean. Worst team I’ve ever worked on. Turnover is extremely high. Not worth it and stay far far away. Most of the other sales team members would say the same. Only white men in the executive roles. They don’t practice what they preach

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      Cons

      Lack of communication throughout the company, not much room for growth.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
