Pros
- There are a few good and reliable people that care about their jobs and other employees.
- Relatively laid-back working environment.
Cons
- Zero training
- No communication from managers
- Unclear instructions, duties, and responsibilities. I didn't even know my title.
- Took 6 months to even get the tools needed to do my job.
- Owner fires employees with no warning or reason.
- Ownership and managers are extremely poor with financial decisions. Constant hirings/firings/company restructurings due to incompetence.
- Multiple employees featured in key roles on the main company website have left due to these incompetent decisions and restructuring
- Managers actively instruct employees to assist in circumventing non-compete clauses and create workarounds to evade lawsuits.
- Not a large workload. Constantly hounded to find random things to do which provide no value to the company. "Look busy for the owner" is what I was told multiple times.
- There is 0 diversity in the office environment.
- No path to advance.
- No 401k or retirement options
- Aetna insurance, terrible
Just find something else.
