Ellucian offers a generous compensation and benefits package and is generally very supportive of their employees.
Cons
As an Ellucian employee at a client site, your experience may vary. Working day to day at a client site can be pleasant or very difficult, depending on the client. I can't speak for employees who work in the software development side of the company (which is much larger).
