Cons

The Board and CEO never wanted to hire any of the leadership from colleges, they hired executives from large companies to tell higher ed how to conduct business.

Upper and Middle Management are awful More interested in vibe/buzz words rather than teaching you expectations the role Private Equity money is bringing in clowns from Boeing and Microsoft to manage implementations and shifts to the cloud. Lots of ego, no delivery to customers Embarassment working with clients when they see many architects, consultants, and PMs are incompetent (due to trickle down from upper mgmt) Lies about assigning you clients in your time zone. I had clients in 4 time zones with one being a 12 hour difference.
