The supporting teams are by far the biggest plus in the business. They work as a team for the good of the client, the way it should be

Cons

Leadership, at the highest level it's questionable and regional level in sales it's laughable. Some of the worst leadership I've comes across in almost 20 years of sales. Very poor very clicky

Flexibility of remote work Great peers that are helpful Decent benefits

Cons

Upper and Middle Management are awful More interested in vibe/buzz words rather than teaching you expectations the role Private Equity money is bringing in clowns from Boeing and Microsoft to manage implementations and shifts to the cloud. Lots of ego, no delivery to customers Embarassment working with clients when they see many architects, consultants, and PMs are incompetent (due to trickle down from upper mgmt) Lies about assigning you clients in your time zone. I had clients in 4 time zones with one being a 12 hour difference.
