Our executive team - and in fact, our broader employee population - includes a great mix of both long-tenured employees as well as those who have been with us a short amount of time. This blend creates a culture of innovation, collaboration and learning - one in which we all work together to power higher education so institutions can empower student success. Regarding parental leave, we recognize how incredibly important it is to support caregivers at that juncture in their life. We have maternal and paternal policies in place and we are actively exploring how to further improve these programs to provide the best support to our employees and their families.
