3yThanks so much for the review. One of the things we're most proud of is the growth and stability of the organization. We've had close to 20% headcount growth in the last two years - and have been thoughtfully managing our business without the need to conduct large scale lay-offs, which given the current climate in the tech industry, we're pretty proud of.
