Pros
PTO for Managed Services onsite on college campus is a huge plus, as you follow the calendar of the school. When they are closed, you are off.
Cons
Workload is not balanced. High work and long hours for high-performing employees and management of unsatisfactory employees is lacking. No accountability. When employees leave for other opportunities, their positions are not filled, so other employees have to pick up the workload, therefore saving company money without employee recieving any additional pay.
