Pros

I started working for Monroe Plan for Medical Care (also known as YourCare Health Plan) in December of 2016. During the interview process I felt that MP was a good fit for me. The people I was being interviewed by were professional and amicable in all phases. I really had a good feeling about the company, now that I have been here a few months, the atmosphere is likewise. Co-workers are amazing and willing to assist. The company really takes an interest in their employee’s wellbeing and development; the benefit package is top notch as well as the wellness programs i.e. skill and education assistance, health programs, and discount programs. Monroe Plan has a great reputation within the community and surrounding areas by being there for the people that really need it, their customers are their top priority. In conclusion, my review of Monroe Plan for Medical Care is a company I want to work for; I feel they have an invested growth interest in their employees and a sense of pride within the community it serves. You really feel like number one around here.

Pros

Coworkers were nice, benefits were decent

Cons

Management is toxic and will pressure you to do things you aren’t paid for/shame and gaslight you if you try to ask questions or stand up for yourself. They are sneaky and keep secrets too. Blatant lies happen and no one seems to care.
