Pros

There is a cafeteria on site

Cons

This company started off as a great company to work for, not laying anyone off for 45 years. However, now they tend to lay off a 20/30 people a year, sometimes twice a year. If you are looking for security or stability this is not the company for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for all of our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about your experience at YourCare. As is the case for most long standing, successful organizations, we continuously look for more effective and efficient ways to serve our members, providers and community-at-large. Staff changes are not the norm for us and we are proud of the fact that compared to many similar organizations, any negative staff adjustments we have made have been few and far between. In fact, for the overwhelming majority of our 50 year history we have been remarkably stable or growing! We care deeply about our employees and have a long history of treating our employees as we treat our members - holistically, professionally and respectfully. Again, we thank you for your feedback, acknowledge your frustrations and recognize that difficult business decisions have individual impact. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Coworkers were nice, benefits were decent

Cons

Management is toxic and will pressure you to do things you aren’t paid for/shame and gaslight you if you try to ask questions or stand up for yourself. They are sneaky and keep secrets too. Blatant lies happen and no one seems to care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this was your experience. We take concerns about workplace culture, communication, respect, and transparency seriously. Our teams work hard to maintain a supportive and collaborative culture, and we recognize there’s always room to grow. That said, we also believe in mutual accountability and respectful dialogue, especially when navigating challenges or differing viewpoints. Our goal is to foster a respectful, transparent, trustful, and supportive environment for all employees where they feel safe speaking up. If there are areas where we’ve fallen short, we want to acknowledge that and do the work to improve. We continuously work with our leadership team to strengthen core leadership qualities and to improve communication. We remain committed to fostering a workplace grounded in integrity, trust, and professional growth, and we appreciate every opportunity to reflect and strengthen that commitment. We want to with you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
