Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience, but please know that we are taking your comments very seriously. We pride ourselves on having a knowledgeable and caring leadership team at YourCare. Our employees are passionate and competent and work hard to do the right thing for their teams and our members. For the vast majority of our 50 years in business, we have been growing and adding staff. In a world where downsizing is the norm, this is truly remarkable. On the extremely rare occasion that a staff adjustment is made, it is with extensive consideration about what is the right thing to do for the long-term good of the organization and the majority of the employees. To insure we keep getting better, we periodically do employee surveys, regularly review the performance of all employees and management and actively address development needs. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and regularly implement work process changes in operational departments that help balance workloads. We strive to recognize staff for the great work that is accomplished day-in and day-out. Each and every employee is appreciated and valued. We understand we are not perfect so we welcome feedback and thoughtfully consider it, making changes where needed as timely as possible. Again, thank you for providing your honest feedback, as it will help us to continually develop and improve upon our management and business styles. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Coworkers were nice, benefits were decent

Cons

Management is toxic and will pressure you to do things you aren’t paid for/shame and gaslight you if you try to ask questions or stand up for yourself. They are sneaky and keep secrets too. Blatant lies happen and no one seems to care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this was your experience. We take concerns about workplace culture, communication, respect, and transparency seriously. Our teams work hard to maintain a supportive and collaborative culture, and we recognize there’s always room to grow. That said, we also believe in mutual accountability and respectful dialogue, especially when navigating challenges or differing viewpoints. Our goal is to foster a respectful, transparent, trustful, and supportive environment for all employees where they feel safe speaking up. If there are areas where we’ve fallen short, we want to acknowledge that and do the work to improve. We continuously work with our leadership team to strengthen core leadership qualities and to improve communication. We remain committed to fostering a workplace grounded in integrity, trust, and professional growth, and we appreciate every opportunity to reflect and strengthen that commitment. We want to with you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
