Only one shift per week.

Decent benefits for the employee.

Weak leadership. Untrained supervisors. Poor communication. Lack of transparency. Lack of advancement. Employee experience depends on position level. No respect for time. Spending money on anything else but employee salaries and welfare. Very very top heavy administration.
