Pros

Great work life balance Chill environment Chance to learn new technologies (depending on the team you work) Very good support trough COVID pandemic Company mission is something actually nice, unlike generic e-commerce companies.

Cons

Very conservative culture in some teams. There is a very big burden to people that wants to try new technologies, try new ways of working etc. People give up and leave. Pay is just OK. nothing outstanding compared to whats in the market. Very old environment, if you are young, there arent many chances to meet cool young people, and the community enablement is very mediocre (at best). SR management seems to live in a different world, I get the feeling they are more into self promotion in Linkedin rather than solving actual problems in the company.

-Great company -Team has talented, experienced account managers and product experts who know the territory well

Cons

West team management is heavy on micromanagement and sets unrealistic territory targets without rep input — high turnover, and long tenure in company seems to shield this manager from accountability and growth
