Pros

-Well structured, organized company with great employee benefits. -Open, flexible, respectful culture. Everyone is free to share their thoughts and ideas. -Helpful colleagues who are willing to takeover when you are away; other teams are also able to help in case your own team is in need of more hands.

Cons

-Onboarding needs to be more organized. Training should be prepared for. The buddy system for training does not work if the trainer goes away for vacation during the initial months. Software team is a bit slow in regards to fixing new hire accounts.

-Great company -Team has talented, experienced account managers and product experts who know the territory well

Cons

West team management is heavy on micromanagement and sets unrealistic territory targets without rep input — high turnover, and long tenure in company seems to shield this manager from accountability and growth
