Cons
Team work between staff, good benefits but poor pay, great overtime but always messing your check and then give you excuses and the run around to pay you what they owe you. The management is a mess they don’t know what they doing very disorganized and unprofessional. They are liars and rather pay people from outside then see their own employees progress. They buy houses with no staff and pretend the one they have to work doubles back to back. RBT program sucks they not consistent in finish the 40hr training and then are rushing staff to get the certification in few month when they can even give us time to get are training cause we have to be in coverage. Clinician runs everything and they don’t know nothing about the company. They good to help other individuals but can’t even staff their own. Medication are all over and staff are the one who pay the consequences. Favoritisms 100% parents choose who can work and who can’t and they the one who can tell the ESBP coordinator who can be fire and who can’t. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
