Pros

There is plenty of overtime all over at various locations.

Cons

You will get stuck if the company makes no effort to find coverage for a shift they knew wasn't filled, being inconsiderate to you and what you may or may not have going on at home. They will overwork you. If you become ill or in need of any leave, they will do their best not to give it and wrongfully terminate you instead. They care about the money they get from the state from the individuals but do not care about the individuals. Teens run the day program. Proper training does not happen. Individuals are assaulted, neglected, and abused by workers but the company covers it up. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Management does not listen to DSP's about their thoughts on the wellbeing of individuals which in turn keeps individuals sick and unhealthy.

Pros

I was able to work with some people who would communicate effectively, as well as collaborate with no issues and problems.

Cons

Hmm were should I start- Poor poor leadership. Management is top heavy. Many of these people have been there so long, as a matter of fact to long, they need new leadership with better and new ideas. They also tend to reward bad behavior, yes this is a thing. Poor and bad attitudes, unprofessionalism, unruly, and disruptive, but they tend to get promoted and get raises, just for clarity, they were not that good at their job. There were always complaints against these people and there was no consequence for the poor and bad behaviors. They are very cliquish and sneaky. I did not enjoy working there. So, whoever is planning on applying, I would think about it first before applying.
