Pros
OK compensation & checks don't bounce (yet), some remote work at times, get to work between different sites/ locations sometimes, good stated values & goals (to increase access to research for minorities)
Cons
MINIMAL diversity internally, not reflective of the diverse communities we are trying to do clinical trials in. Makes no sense, but they don't seem to see it. Unresponsive management beyond lip service. Very blurry boundaries between responsibilities for different teams & team members. Backbiting. Tons of sudden, last-minute changes at the drop of a hat & they just expect you to roll with it, even if not humanly or mathematically possible. The worst communication & disorganization I have ever experienced since starting working at age 15 -- just plain dropping the ball constantly in every possible way. You can be fired at will and you will be. They stay laying off people in droves, no notice, every few weeks to months. You only ever know someone is gone (even on your same team) when you see it on LinkedIn! Even the HR lead that was responding to most of these negative reviews got laid off!! Crazy times.
