Pros
There are none that I can think of. There are some decent people here, but the environment is caustic and other managers will stab you in the back to save their hide. Executive Management does not have a handle on the environment, all they care about is saving a sinking ship.
Cons
Just google EmblemHealth in the public media. Their clients are miserable and leaving in droves and the majority of the claims are paid incorrectly. They can't even get a handle on which doctors are in their network. There are intentional 0 or 1 stars as some responses ans 0 was not an option
