HR and upper management keeps their jobs. The little people who are unions are the ones to lose their jobs. Outsourcing to foreign countries is the worst thing Emblem Health did. HIP and GHI were established as NYC insurance based out of Water Street, Melville, Albany and Syracuse. The City agency members that have this insurance suffers with out of country reps that does not understand and needs to repeat like 5 times and more. That is not what care should feel like.
