Pros
I have worked here over 20 years and they have offered me many opportunities to grow as an employee. They offer open forums for employee discussion related to culture, values, diversity and inclusion.
Cons
right now due to the pandemic and I think everyone shares the sentiment of the sudden change of working from home. Only con has been that it's been challenging working from home from a technological perspective, the needed tools to work from home is still a work in progress but again Emblem is working on making it better.
