Requires PMP for all project managers, yet does not have an adequate clear career development/promotion plan to retain talent. Seasoned project management professionals should remain with company 2 yrs max if seeking opportunity to grow career. Lack of understanding or desire to work with IT Sr Managers lead using an intimidation/approach which leads to poor morale and professional "bullying" tactics that will result in Legal action
