There were many promotional opportunities available to all current employees at any one of their locations. As they merged with HIP it opened up a flurry of opportunities
Cons
Truly would have appreciated an onsite cafeteria for employees. This would have definitely maximized production with incentivizing people to stay within the building instead of traveling to get lunch.
