From the corner office to the mail room -- one idiot after another no one wanted to institute change since it was a union dealing with union accounts -- the distrust from each corner was unbearable. In addition, institutional racism, was alive and well, women of color fared better than men of color but the glass ceiling was always present and would crush you if you were a thinking human being.
