Pros
The company is getting better at cross-department communication which gives this large company more of a community field. Also some more collaborative and forward thinking senior management has taken the place of leadership that was holding the company back
Cons
I deducted a point on the overall rating because I think the company has room for improvement on retaining current talent by offering promotions and raises more readily and trying to give existing team members competitive salaries based on industry standards, instead of just expanding the teams with many new employees.
