Pros

Good Benefits, hours and coworkers. My experience at EmblemHealth over the course of 10 years was a positive one. I was able to learn and grow and advance my career. The benefits alone was a nice perk as many companies do not offer comparable packages to their employees.

Cons

Being in a satellite office located in Syracuse made it difficult to explore other opportunities within the company. If I lived in NYC the possibilities would be endless. The union employees in the call center have a negative attitude and don't appreciate the jobs they have along with the outstanding benefits. You can not find non-management jobs in Syracuse that compare
