Pros

Good 401K, flexible PTO, beautiful gym, some great and helpful co-workers

Cons

Managers are happy as they are, so no real changes happen. The worst, most toxic employees are treated just as well, if not better, than the hardest-working, most motivated ones. This is so blatant it's mind-boggling. The toxic ones distract and interfere with the busy ones, and this will never change. Performance reviews have no basis in reality, and appeals to HR (even with hard evidence) are useless. Micromanagement is off the charts. The smallest of mistakes will be paraded around to humiliate otherwise very good employees. Talented, motivated people will run themselves into the ground as they are denied promotions and blocked from advancement. The only motivation to work hard is from one's own drive. There are no raises above 2%, or bonuses. Rudeness that is tolerated here, would result in instant termination in any other company. Upper management might as well be nonexistent. Actually, that would be preferable, as all they do is get in the way. It's painful. Same with HR.
