Co is downsizing and plays laid off unfairly. Union employees got punished since the co keeps the newly hired management staffs who has a much lower seniority and lower pay to replace union employees who had been with the co for years and whom built up their pay gradually but now got hurt the most. They don't care about your contribution and your effort, nor your performance.
