Very little direction from management Too much water cooler talk and politics in the office. Poor work culture with little to no transparency Too many lazy and incompetent staff due to lack of oversight Merit base bonuses and performance reviews are a sham.. extremely hard working coworker got the same performance review as the laziest person in the department. What a joke. High turnaround on staff with talent due to the above reasons.
