Pros

Getting less and less. 1) Work life balance is pretty good (able to work from home 1-2 days a week depending on your department and direct management). 2) Location is pretty nice if you can get a desk near a window with a water view. 3) Department specific but most worker bees around the company are actually great people!! 4) Career opportunities were good (moved up the ladder myself). Do not know what the future brings.

Cons

1) Health benefits are worse than that of being on the Affordable Care Act. 75$ extra a month to have a working spouse that waived their insurance. In-Network deductible for PPO when you cant use HMO because of living outside the city. Doctors refusing to take the insurance. Claims do not get processed properly and you need to waste hours arguing with the dedicated claims employees. 2) Layoffs... layoffs... layoffs because EH is losing money. However, EH has $$$$ to spend on a mandatory survey that because of the results is not being released. 3) No end in sight to the blood letting.
