For a company with terrible financial problems, there is no sense of urgency, or even a plan for improvement. Only massive layoffs and downsizing. Staff is in survival mode, however there is still a culture club mentality, "I just work here" but no interest or responsibility is taken. Do not expect effective communication, thoughtful interaction, or even an appearance from senior leadership, they stay on their floor and never come down. There is no coherent vision or strategy for the future. There is no opportunity for career advancement. Bonuses advertised as high as 30% but were frozen last year, this year and most likely next.
