Pros
Great senior leadership, and excellent company culture. Fully remote work environment. Decent salary for a non-profit. If you perform well, you will definitely be recognized and valued for it.
Cons
An old company in the process of modernizing itself which means a lot of outsourcing as well as ongoing restructuring. Not sure why I list this as a con when in fact it is a pro since all the restructuring is done with the purpose of making the company leaner and financially sound.
