Pros
The company is in the process of a major turnaround. It's a disruption for some that have worked in the same role with little challenge for too long. For others that are willing to roll up their sleeves and take initiative there is a great deal of opportunity. The CEO is great; a visionary that doesn't let existing barriers getting in her way of progress.
Cons
This is not the company for the lazy or complacent employee. The company requires too much to turn it around for anyone not willing to work to a high standard.
