      Great work environment and support for faculty. Certainly family oriented structure and professions development for staff that is built into company objectives.

      There are no issues with this employer except you must maintain standards for excellence and serving students. This standard is critical to maintaining student interest.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
