      Flexibility in scheduling, Pay is fine, Student Appreciate Week, Faculty/Staff always wanting Student employees, Good part time position that keeps you involved with the university

      Sometimes faculty/staff forget that this job isn’t your full time job and they need reminding that school comes first always.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
