      Great leadership, great coworkers, willing to work with your moving situation if you are relocating (should you be a key performer)

      Cons

      Does not do locational pay if working outside of Florida. The pay is not that great in general.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
