Pros
Benefits are great. The only reason I am still here is they pay for my sons tuition.
Cons
Main Campus has centralized 90% of my work which tells me I wont have a job for much longer. Classroom classes (which my students demand) are being replaced with online and virtual classes. They keep touting how great we are doing, yet the numbers tell a different story.
