      Benefits are great and free tuition. Lots of time off and week off during winter holiday break.

      Micromanaging and lack of culture accross all departments. Pay is too low for the amount of work expected.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
