      The medical, retirement, and leave packages are great.

      Not very inclusive, but making slow progress Covid response was/is disappointing

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
