Pros

The organization is clearly focused on growth and performance, which provides exposure to challenging work and high expectations. Employees gain experience operating in a fast-moving environment and are often given responsibility quickly. For those looking to test their limits or build experience under pressure, there are opportunities to develop grit and adaptability.

Cons

The pace and pressure can be intense and may not be sustainable for everyone. Expectations are high, and work-life balance can suffer during peak periods. Processes are still evolving, which can lead to ambiguity and last-minute changes. Employees who prefer structure, predictability, or a slower ramp-up may find the environment challenging at management levels in the organization.

Pros

-Depending on what team you're on, you get a lot of autonomy. (on the flip side, see con- if you're on the wrong team) -Good benefits -Fun events & Travel opportunities

Cons

-People getting laid off left and right all time. One minute you have a team mate and the next they are just gone. -Management is top heavy and operates like a fraternity -If you're on the wrong team every move is watched -Your job is NEVER safe -Imagine with the acquisition that was just announced by Apollo that the reason for layoffs was to become lean before transition. I would hedge bets that this will also continue to be a numbers game and positions are going to be uncertain -Sales plans are always ambiguous and there were even times where the plan wasn't out until several months into the year. Expected to sell over and above but didn't always have a sales plan to follow. It was always changing.
