Pros

The interview and hiring process was thorough. All details of the job and the company's expectations were explained. The management teams are friendly and you feel welcomed immediately. The pros definitely include the upbeat corporate culture and welcoming nature of all employees. The office environment is bright, the employees are friendly and there is an open door policy with all. As a new employee (2 months), I already feel like a part of the family.

Cons

There needs to be a training process in place, whether you come with experience or not. A training and development process over the first 90 days will help each new hire really adapt to the companies processes and will eliminate unnecessary errors.

We're glad to hear the interview and hiring process was smooth, and that you continue to have a positive experience in your role and with your local team. Our CEO has shared in recent Town Halls that training for our sales and marketing teams will be a priority in the coming year and for the future. We agree with you that new hire training is important. Thank you for taking a moment to provide your feedback.

Pros

-Depending on what team you're on, you get a lot of autonomy. (on the flip side, see con- if you're on the wrong team) -Good benefits -Fun events & Travel opportunities

Cons

-People getting laid off left and right all time. One minute you have a team mate and the next they are just gone. -Management is top heavy and operates like a fraternity -If you're on the wrong team every move is watched -Your job is NEVER safe -Imagine with the acquisition that was just announced by Apollo that the reason for layoffs was to become lean before transition. I would hedge bets that this will also continue to be a numbers game and positions are going to be uncertain -Sales plans are always ambiguous and there were even times where the plan wasn't out until several months into the year. Expected to sell over and above but didn't always have a sales plan to follow. It was always changing.
