Pros

Self learning and no pressure. Salary on time and no problem with leaves. Good learning prospective. Good place to learn for juniors.

Cons

No projects and if there are any projects there will be too much politics. No one is ready to listen to HR and project manager. Improper management and lack of utilisation of resources No idea of how to retain the customers. New employees will join with more salary and existing employees has to suffer with nothing. poor management overall. Too much of ego clash between juniors and seniors

Emergys has been a great place to work, with any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, Emergys has been an amazing place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.
