Pros
Strong stable company. Brilliant upper management in the Fisher division, that is very respectful to everyone, and has the time to just chat a moment when you see them. I have no consideration to find employment elsewhere because i believe what they believe. Great core values.
Cons
What I have seen that worries me a bit, is HQ pushing for the bottom line to come up more with movement of domestic manufacturing to overseas, and is understandable to some degree; but; at what price will we pay in the end for the quality of the Emerson products sinking to make another dollar..
