Pros
The managers were very nice, they gave opportunities to employees to try many types of work. And every overtime can be paid by money or day off.
Cons
The marketing team did not adopt the advise from engineer about what product funtions are useful and what are useless, they just plan the product line according to particular customers' request before they pay for the bill. So we seldom had big orders.
